With stocks plummeting due to the AA+ rating, there are a lot of tasty cheap stocks out there. I am personally tracking WFC, BP, AFL and to a lesser extent ECA and JMBA. With many undervalued stocks, I wanted to see which investors (including Buffett) would be most likely to capitalize on this current market fluctuation and maximize gains. Below is a great article featured today in the San Francisco Chronicle which lists “Who will be the Next Warren Buffett?” and includes a brief biography on each fund manager.

With the New York Times reporting the breaking news that NASA may have found sources of liquid water on Mars, I wanted to highlight serial entrepreneur and Space X CEO Elon Musk (the real life Tony Stark) who wants “Man to be a Multi-Planet Species”. With all of the media surrounding Donald Trump’s brash persona, Obama bashing and possible Republican presidential nomination (if he actually announces he is officially running), I wanted to share this interview I watched recently which doesn’t ask Trump the standard ABC, GMA or CNN type questions.
There is no question that Donald’s business skills are concrete and I have yet to do a post on him. In this unique interview, Donald describes his upbringing in New York, Military School, his own ego, buying real estate during business school, starting the Trump Tower, and obviously the reasons for his successful real estate business and ultimate rise to wealth. Very engaging and worth sharing for anyone with real estate aspirations.

Next time you bust out your camcorder or digital camera keep this in mind.
This video below from CNN quickly breaks down Youtube’s partner program (and some of surprisingly easy ways people make money from it). Basically, if your video is popular and has marketability, Youtube allows users to share in third party ad revenue.
But what is really interesting, is to see the video clips that actually produce cash. One woman makes money just by showing other women how to apply make up! Thought this was a video definitely worth sharing.
According to Youtube, hundreds make six figures or more per year, one thousand are making 1k per month and a few make $1 million a year. For more information on the Youtube Partner Program click HERE.
